Order Cancellation

Returns and Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also accept returns of damaged or defective items.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RMA number and a copy of your packing slip in the return package.
  4. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
