Order Cancellation
You may be eligible to cancel your order before it ships. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] . We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Returns and Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also accept returns of damaged or defective items.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA number and a copy of your packing slip in the return package.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or defective.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items that are missing original packaging or documentation
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items that are specifically marked as non-returnable
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.
